Jurnal Hukum Novelty offers instantaneous open access to its content in order to make research easily available to the public so it will support a wide exchange of knowledge.

Jurnal Hukum Novelty is dedicated to share and promote research findings and fresh insights into current debates and controversial topics in technology law, business law, international law, family law, and criminal law both from global and Indonesian perspective.

This journal has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia with Second Grade (Sinta 2) since Volume 10 Number 2, 2019 to Volume 15 Number 2, 2024 according to the decree No. B/4130/E5/E5.2.1/2019.
