About the Journal
Jurnal Hukum Novelty is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This journal is published two times a year, in April and October. Jurnal Hukum Novelty offers instantaneous open access to its content in order to make research easily available to the public so it will support a wide exchange of knowledge.
Jurnal Hukum Novelty is dedicated to sharing and promoting research findings and fresh insights into current debates and controversial topics in technology law, business law, international law, family law, and criminal law, both from global and Indonesian perspectives.
Journal History
- Jurnal Hukum Novelty began its online version in 2016 with Vol. 7, continuing the previous volume when it was in printed edition.
- By 2017, Jurnal Hukum Novelty started using e-ISSN number (2550-0090) for Vol. 8 No. 2, August 2017, given and supported by LIPI with Dictum Letter No. 0005.25500090/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2017.03-17 Maret 2017.
- Jurnal Hukum Novelty was indexed by DOAJ in December 2017.
- Jurnal Hukum Novelty used the English language for its publication starting in Volume 9 Number 2, 2018 (August Edition).
- Jurnal Hukum Novelty used its new article template style from February 2019.
- By 2019, Jurnal Hukum Novelty was accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and Managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia, with Second Grade (Sinta 2).
- In order to improve the quality of journal management, as of January 01, 2022, Jurnal Hukum Novelty has changed the amount of the article processing policy.
- As of January 01, 2022, Jurnal Hukum Novelty has changed the Publication Schedule. The new Publication Schedules are for April and October.
- Jurnal Hukum Novelty has been indexed by Scopus since 14 July 2023.
