Neutral Point Clamped Multilevel Inverter Tiga Fasa Menggunakan Metode Phase Disposition Pulse Width Modulation

Teknologi Inverter telah berkembang pesat dan banyak digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi industri serta komersil. Salah satu pengembangan dari inverter yaitu pada gelombang keluaran yang saat ini disebut Multilevel Inverter (MLI). MLI dapat mengurangi beban pada masing-masing komponen switching dikarenakan gelombang pembangkit memiliki frekuensi rendah dan mampu menghasilkan tingkat tegangan menyerupai tegangan AC dengan keluaran yang diinginkan. Untuk melengkapi informasi yang ada tentang MLI, maka pada penelitian ini dilakukan pensimulasian MLI tiga fasa. Pada penelitian ini MLI tiga fasa dalam pensimulasiannya menggunakan perangkat lunak yaitu MATLAB/Simulink. Topologi MLI yang digunakan Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) serta metode Phase Disposition Pulse Width Modulation (PDPWM) untuk mendapatkan keluaran berupa gelombang hasil modulasi dan tegangan AC yang menyerupai bentuk gelombang sinus. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil mensimulasikan rangkaian MLI NPC tiga fasa. Berdasakan proses pembentukan gelombang tegangan keluaran, didapatkan perbedaan level gelombang bertingkat yang dihasilkan. Gelombang tegangan AC yang dihasilkan dengan proses pembentukan per fasa dengan menghasilkan 3 level gelombang bertingkat. Gelombang tegangan AC yang dihasilkan pada proses pembentukan tegangan antar fasa memiliki 5 level gelombang bertingkat.References
