Dinamika proses penerapan pembelajaran daring di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang

Pembelajaran daring merupakan suatu keniscayaan pada perguruan tinggi dalam rangka menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 di mana integrasi pemanfaatan teknologi dan internet yang begitu masif sehingga telah mengubah perilaku dan indikator kompetensi kelulusan Pendidikan Tinggi. Secara masif, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang telah melaksanakan pembelajaran daring (virtual learning) saat memasuki masa pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring (virtual learning) di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 6 dosen dan 5 mahasiswa digali menggunakan indept interview serta 141 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan kuesioner terbuka sebagai pengumpul data penelitian. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik model interaktif yang meliputi proses reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang menujukkan dinamika perkembangan yang konstruktif. Dosen dan mahasiswa secara serentak mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan iklim pembelajaran yang masif. Kondisi ini diikuti dengan pengembangan proses berpikir kreatif dan inovatif serta peningkatan resiliensi dalam menghadapi sejumlah tantangan pembelajaran daring. Oleh sebab itu, dalam rangka praktik pedagogik berkelanjutan, pembelajaran daring senantiasa memerlukan optimalisasi yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, staf administrasi, dan institusi sebagai pemeran utama yang menentukan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran daring.
