Workforce agility: Kajian literatur

Workforce agility adalah aspek penting bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapai situasi yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian. Kajian literatur terkait workforce agility pada saat ini belum banyak dikaji, dan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mampu menegakkan konsep workforce agility melalui artikel ilmiah terpercaya. Kajian literatur ini dilakukan berdasarkan 19 artikel jurnal yang membahas tentang workforce agility. Pencarian artikel jurnal melalui situs Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Garuda Portal, Springer, dan Proquest. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari kajian konseptual workforce agility ini mendefinisikan workforce agility sebagai kemampuan pekerja untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kerja yang berubah dengan cepat, fleksibel dan penuh dengan ketidakpastian melalui pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan tiga dimensi dari workforce agility yaitu proactivity, adaptability, dan resilience. Workforce agility dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti individu (kepribadian, kebutuhan, empowerment), lingkungan kerja (teamwork dan leadership), dan organisasi (budaya dan struktur organisasi). Workforce agility juga berdampak pada produktivitas, efektivitas biaya, prilaku inovatif, dan efektivitas waktu pencapaian target.
