PERBAIKAN REPRODUSIBILITAS FABRIKASI DAN STABILITAS IMPEDANSI FILM KOMPOSIT PVA-ELEKTROLIT DENGAN MODIFIKATOR Cr2O3 SEBAGAI BAHAN PEKA KELEMBABAN

Film peka kelembaban berbasis PVA telah berhasil dipreparasi dan dideposisikan pada substrat berelektroda dengan metode dip coating. Struktur elektroda substrat berupa interdigital dengan bahan elektroda terbuat dari film tembaga yang dilapis dengan perak.Untuk menghasilkan ikatan silang pada PVA (polivinil alkohol) digunakan ammonium perokdisulfat (APS) sebagai inisiator. Sifat listrik film dikarakterisasi menggunakan RCL meter di dalam chamber yang kondisi kelembabannya dikontrol dengan menggunakan larutan garam. Impedansi film peka kelembaban berbasis PVA secara umum menurun dengan meningkatnya kelembaban relatif. Film PVA-elektrolit menunjukkan reprodusibilitas fabrikasi dan stabilitas impedansi yang kurang baik. Cr2O3 digunakan sebagai modifikator untuk memperbaiki sifat peka kelembaban film PVA-elektrolit. Hasil karakterisasi film PVA yang dimodifikasi dengan Cr2O3 menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Cr2O3 dapat memperbaiki reprodusibilitas fabrikasi dan stabilitas impedansi film PVA-elektrolit.
