Strategi koping pada mahasiswa pendidikan dokter selama perkuliahan daring

Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong pemerintah menginstruksikan agar pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dalam jaringan (daring). Berikutnya sejumlah hambatan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring tersebut mengakibatkan munculnya gangguan stres. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan suatu strategi coping untuk mengatasi gangguan stres tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi coping yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter di Universitas Syiah Kuala saat pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah 75 mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter di Universitas Syiah Kuala. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Brief COPE. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93% partisipan cenderung menggunakan problem-focused coping dan sebesar 7% cenderung menggunakan emotional-focused coping. Selain itu, secara keseluruhan data menunjukkan bahwa 70 partisipan (93,3%) berada pada kategori koping stres sedang, 5 partisipan (6,7%) pada kategori koping stres tinggi, dan tidak ada partisipan yang memiliki koping stres pada kategori rendah.Downloads
