Peran Pengasuhan Holistik Terhadap Altruisme dan Bullying

Lingkungan merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan tingkah laku remaja. Lingkungan tersebut berawal dari rumah yang merupakan lingkungan sosial pertama anak. Khazanah Islam memiliki konsep pengasuhan yang bersumber pada Al Quran dan Al Hadits. Konsep pengasuhan islami ini dinamakan peneliti sebagai Holistic parenting (pengasuhan holistik) , yang meliputi dimensi: qudwah hasanah (integrated role model/contoh terpadu), al addah (habituation/pembiasaan), al mauidzah (effective advice/nasehat efektif), al mulahadzah (fairness in care and control/keseimbangan dalam perhatian dan pemantauan), serta uqubah wa ujaroh (proportional consequences/konsekuensi proporsional). Penelitian ini hendak menguji aplikasi pengasuhan holistik terhadap tingkah laku altruisme dan bullying, yang diukur melalui persepsi remaja. Sebanyak 229 siswa SMA menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Kuesioner Holistic parenting Scale (skala pengasuhan holistik), Altruism scale (skala altruisme) dan My life at school check list scale (skala kehidupanku di sekolah) digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk melihat peran pengasuhan holistik terhadap terhadap altruisme dan bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara pengasuhan holistik terhadap altruisme dan korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara pengasuhan holistik terhadap bullying. Sementara analisis regresi menyatakan bahwa peran pengasuhan holistik terhadap altruisme dan bullying menyumbang variabilitas masing-masing sebesar 13,6 % dan 6,1 %.
