PENGARUH METODE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR BAHASA JAWA
Abstract
Motivasi belajar Bahasa Jawa pada siswa Sekolah Dasar adalah rendah. Hal ini akan berdampak negatif yaitu menurunnya apresiasi para siswa terhadap budaya Jawa yang seharusnya dilestarikan. Untuk mengatasi rendahnya motivasi belajar Bahasa Jawa dibutuhkan suatu metode pembelajaran yang menarik yaitu metode pembelajaran secara berkelompok. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode student team achievement division (STAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode STAD terhadap motivasi belajar Bahasa Jawa siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan untreated control group design pretest and posttest. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan anava mix design menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang sangat signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode pembelajaran STAD sig (0,002) < 0,01. Selain itu terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai sig (0,002) < 0,01.
