SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN PAMELLA SWALAYAN YOGYAKARTA

Sistem informasi kepegawaian merupakan penerapan sistem informasi di dalam organisasi untuk mendukung informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh semua tingkatan manajemen. Pamella Swalayan Yogyakarta adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan yang terdiri dari delapan cabang dengan jumlah pegawai kurang lebih 300 orang. Bagian HRD dan keuangan pamella swalayan mengalami masalah mengenai pendataan pegawai, penilaian, rekap data absesnsi, dan penggajian yang prosesnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuannya agar mempermudah petugas bagian HRD dan keuangan dalam mengolah data pegawai, gaji, absensi dan nilai, dan agar dapat meminimalisir kesalahan serta menghemat waktu dalam proses pengolahan data pegawai.
Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi kepegawaian pamella swalayan untuk mendukung proses pengolahan data-data kepegawaian yang telah disebutkan. Metode yang digunakan antara lain metode studipustaka, metode observasi, dan wawancara. Langkah pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada akhir perancangan program akan dilaksanakan pengujian dengan metode black box test dan alpha test.
Hasil dari pembuatan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini dapat menghasilkan informasi data pegawai yang dikelompokkan percabang, rangking pegawai tertinggi hingga terendah, total gaji pegawai, laporan pegawai percabang, laporan pegawai berdasarkan alamat, laporan pegawai berdasarkan golongan darah, laporan penggajian perbulan, laporan absensi perbulan, laporan penilaian perbulan dan slip gaji pegawai. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini berjalan dengan baik,memenuhi kebutuhan user dan bermanfaat untuk mendukung kinerja bagian kepegawaian dan bagian keungan.
