PEMBUATAN MODEL ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING PADA XT SQUARE YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

XT SQUARE merupakan wisata belanja dan kuliner baru di Yogyakarta dengan konsep “ONE STOP NIGHT SHOPPINGâ€. XT SQUARE merupakan salah satu tempat perbelanjaan baru di Yogyakarta yang buka mulai pukul 12.00 WIB sampai dengan malam hari pukul 24.00 WIB.  Permasalahan yang sampai saat ini masih dihadapi adalah teknologi dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai untuk menunjang keberhasilan proses bisnis dan sistem informasi yang ada, kurangnya SDM dan beberapa sistem informasi yaitu sistem informasi order dan sistem informasi keuangan yang belum terintegrasi dengan baik, serta belum adanya perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi jangka panjang. Penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) mampu membantu permasalahan yang ada di Xt Square Yogyakarta. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah model yang berisi perencanaan pengembangan sumber daya meliputi data, aplikasi, infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, serta perencanaan implementasi ERP. Hasil uji kelayakan yang diajukan kepada staff XT Square diperoleh prosentase 100% dan menunjukkan bahwa model ini layak diterapkan pada XT Square Yogyakarta.
