Perancangan Model Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Berbasis Cobit 4.1 pada Proses Mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia IT (Studi Kasus Bagian Pengelolaan Data Kab, Kendal)

Tugas pokok dari Kantor Bagian Pengelolaan Data adalah melaksanakan penyiapan bahan perumusan kebijakan, koordinasi, pembinaan, pengendalian kegiatan di bidang aplikasi dan telematika. Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada masih belum memiliki kemampuan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi dan latar belakang pendidikan yang diharapkan yang sesuai dengan jabatan dan tugasnya, maka dilakukan langkah-langkah perbaikan terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia IT yang sesuai usulan dan rancangan solusi agar resiko yang ada dapat dicegah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner. Kuisioner dikembangkan dari detail control objectif PO7 yang terdiri dari 8 detail control objectif. Berdasarkan hasil kuisoner tersebut dirancang usulan perbaikan bedasarkan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan dan mendefinisikan rancangan model tata kelola IT pada proses mengelola sumber daya manusia TI (PO7).
