RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT PADA XT QUARE YOGYAKARTA

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh XT Square saat ini yaitu proses penyewaan masih face to face dan perekapan data masih manual dalam artian dicatat dan disimpan pada buku atau tumpukan dokumen sehingga proses menjadi lama dan data kurang akurat, juga pihak XT Square kesulitan bahkan tidak dapat merekap data customer. Permasalahan kedua, keluhan-keluhan customer juga sulit ditangani karena customer hanya menyampaikan keluhan dengan lisan. Dan permasalahan ketiga yaitu saat ini XT Square sudah dibuatkan model CRM(Customer Relationship Management) namun, karena hanya sebatas model, sehingga penerapan model CRM pada XT Square Yogakarta tidak maksimal. Untuk itu dibutuhkan Aplikasi CRM pada XT Square Yogyakarta
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data terkait topik penelitian melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan untuk menentukan spesifikasi sistem agar sesuai kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu dengan merancang usecase diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Implementasi sistem memanfaatkan PHP Framework Laravel. Pengujian sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu Black Box Test dan Alpha Test.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya aplikasi CRM(Customer Relationship Management) berbasis web yang membantu pihak XT Square dalam mengolah data penyewaan kios serta sebagai pengukur kepuasan pelanggan dan membantu customer lebih mudah dalam melakukan sewa dan nyaman menyampaikan keluhan.
