Abstract

Guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik. Pemerataan guru merupakan salah satu langkah baik mensukseskan pemerataan pendidikan. Pemerataan guru diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan yang merata khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Bantul sehingga kebutuhan guru tingkat SLTA dapat terpenuhi. Beban kerja guru mengajar minimal harus memenuhi 24 jam tatap muka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membuat rancangan untuk penambahan jan mengajar guru.

Topik dalam penelitian ini Sistem Informasi Manajemen Distribusi Jam Mengajar Guru di Kabupaten Bantul. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan metode observasi. Analisis dan rancangan disusun dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), perancangan database, dan perancangan antarmuka.

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bantul untuk membuat analisis dan rancangan sistem informasi manajemen distribusi jam mengajar guru tingkat SLTA.
