PEMBUATAN MODEL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DI RS KIA PERMATA BUNDA

RS KIA Permata Bunda merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang melayani ibu dan anak .Selain itu RS KIA Permata Bunda juga  melayani hamper seluruh penyakit umum. sistem informaasi CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ini dibangun dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan di RS KIA Permata Bunda.Pembuatan Model Customer Relationship Management ini dilihat dari sudut pandang proses bisnis, data dan teknologi informasi yang diterapkan di RS KIA Permata Bunda serta pembuatan model Customer Relationship Management ini tidak sampai pada pembuatan aplikasi.
Subyek yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah “Pembuatan Model CRM di RS KIA Permata Bundaâ€. Adapun tahapan dalam pembuatan model CRM ini antara lain pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, studipustaka, metodekuesioner). Analisis data meliputianalisis SWOT, analitycal, collaborative, Pembuatan Model meliputi Pembuaatan proses bisnis baru, Arsitektur data, Arsitektur aplikasi, Arsitektur teknologi, pembuatan model CRM, uji kelayakan model, serta Rekomendasi.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan model perencanaan yaitu “Model Customer Relationship Managementâ€membantu pihak RS KIA Permata Bunda dalam menentukan perencanaan dan pengembangan system informasi yang mengarahkan pada hubungan RS KIA Permata Bunda dengan customer.Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan yang dihasilkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan layak direkomendasikan karena penelitian dari responden 100% menyetujui model CRM yang diusulkan.
