PEMBUATAN MODEL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) PADA BIDANG TANAMAN PANGAN DINAS PERTANIAN DIY

Pembuatan model Customer Relationship Managemant pada Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan sistem informasi yang mengarah pada layanan hubungan antara Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY dengan customer untuk masa yang akan datang. Masalah sistem informasi yang belum menyediakan informasi dan layanan untuk masyarakat khususnya petani tanaman pangan, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung pelayanan juga membuat interaksi antara Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY dengan Customer tidak berjalan dengan baik.
Model CRM diharapkan bisa digunakan untuk acuan dalam rangka mengoptimalkan kinerja E-government di Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY. Terdapat tahapan-tahapan dalam pembuatan model CRM, tahapan tersebut antara lain pencarian data dengan metode wawancara, literatur, observasi dan survey. Analisis meliputi proses bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur tekhnologi, dan pembuatan kerangka model CRM mulai dari rencana strategi pengembangan layanan sistem informasi dan pengujian perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan uji kelayakan dan memberi rokemendasi model customer relationship management.
Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan “Model CRM pada Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY†yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam berinteraksi dengan customer melalui media sistem informasi yang tersedia. Hasil uji kelayakan sistem menunjukan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan dapat diimplementasikan dan dapat membantu mendukung strategi organisasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan di Bidang Tanaman Pangan Dinas Pertanian DIY, sehingga terjalin sebuah hubungan yang kondusif dengan customer terkait.
