SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN PERUMAHAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI WEB DAN SMS GATEWAY

Abstract

Pada perkembangan bisnis di perusahaan perumahan sering terjadi berbagai masalah terutama di bagian pendataan administrasi. Masalah yang sering muncul diantaranya adalah pada pengelolaan data penjualan perumahan yaitu kurangnya informasi pembayaran perkonsumen, sering mengalami kehilangan data penjualan unit, kesulitan dalam melakukan perhitungan jumlah pengembalian uang bagi konsumen yang membatalkan pembelian, belum ada pencatatan jadwal penyarahan surat legal mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyerahan dokumen.

Dalam penelitian ini langkah pengembangan sistem informasi diawali dengan wawancara yaitu melakukan tanya jawab tentang proses pembelian perumahan, dan observasi yaitu pengamatan secara langsung tentang kondisi bisnis saat ini. Teknologi pemrograman yang digunakan adalah  framework Cideigniter dan SMS gateway dengan database MySQL. Tahap pengembangan aplikasi meliputi analisis, perancangan sistem, implementasi ,dan pengujian dengan black box dan alpha test.

Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi untuk pendataan penjualan dan pembelian perumahan yang dapat memberikan laporan rumah yang terjual dan belum terjual, laporan konsumen yang berstatus lunas dan belum lunas, laporan prosentase penjualan unit, laporan pembatalan, laporan surat legal. Sistem Sistem informasi telah diuji coba dengan menggunakan black box dan alpha test. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi penjualan perumahan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini layak dan dapat digunakan.
