VISI KEPALA DAERAH DAN PELIBATAN STAKEHOLDER: IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN BANYUMAS
Abstract
Strategi SI/TI di pemerintahan kerap hanya merupakan strategi yang dangkal dan sempit jika dibandingkan dengan strategi bisnis pemerintahan yang sudah mapan dan dirumuskan dengan baik. Paper ini mengulas tantangan penyelarasan strategi bisnis dengan strategi SI/TI dalam locus pemerintahan daerah yang dikaitkan dengan visi kepala daerah di bidang SI/TI dan sejauh mana visi tersebut bisa dituangkan dalam kondisi strategi SI/TI dan keselarasannya dengan strategi bisnis pemerintah di Kabupaten Banyumas dan bagaimana melibatkan stakeholder untuk memperoleh strategi SI/TI yang berlandaskan pada prinsip Good Governance.References
