Are Love of Work, Perceived Organizational Support, and Psychological Well-Being Predictors of Work Engagement?

Abstract


Keterikatan kerja adalah faktor penting di organisasi, hal ini dikarenakan pengaruh dari keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja individu maupun organisasi yang relatif besar. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi peneliti untuk mengetahui determinan atau faktor yang pada dasarnya mempengaruhi keterikatan seseorang terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah hubungan dari cinta pekerjaan, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan keterikatan kerja. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah anggota kepolisian yang bertugas di Polda Metrojaya, dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 433 anggota. Partisipan berasal dari semua unit satuan kerja dengan masa kerja minimal adalah satu tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama cinta pekerjaan, persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterikatan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar R=.632 dengan sumbangan efektif ketiga variabel sebesar 39,9%.
