Studi Deskriptif Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Kinerja Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Pelayanan Konseling Individual

Abstract


Guidance and counseling services for students at school should take precedence. In fact, students are in dire need of guidance and counseling services are maximized. The quality of teacher guidance and school counseling performance in service delivery is influenced by the poverty of guidance and counseling services in schools. The purpose of this research is to know the students' satisfaction on teacher guidance performance and school counseling in individual counseling service at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta for students who have received individual counseling service. Researchers use a type of descriptive research quantitative. The benefit of this research is to know the students' satisfaction with teacher guidance and counseling performance on individual counseling services. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Test the validity and reliability using expert test, validity testing instrument on aspects that match with certain theories that are tested by experts who are experienced in a particular field. Analysis of this research data with descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate students' satisfaction with teacher counseling and school counseling performance in individual counseling services from three initial, middle and end individual counseling services in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta as many as six students (17%) very satisfied category, 23 students (66%) Category satisfied, six students (17%) not satisfied. The results of this study can be used as a reference for teachers guidance and counseling schools as an evaluation material as an effort to improve the quality of teacher guidance and counseling school performance in individual counseling services
