Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Bagi Tenaga Pengajar di Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Guidance Services Group to Enhance Creativity for Lecturer at Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia. The method used in this research is the method of experiment. With a design that is used is Pre-Experimental Designs. Pre-Experimental Designs shape used is "One-group pretest-posttest Designs", which is done by comparing the situation before and after being treated. From the results of this study concluded that the Guidance Services This group proved effective in increasing Creativity For Lecturer at Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia. Based on data analysis using SPSS 21, it can be concluded that there is significant influence creativity before and after the test. Average ratio between the tabulation prior to treatment which is equal to 155.20% with the tabulation after the treatment that is 158.50%. The results are an increase of 3,300%.
