A path analysis of diagnosis of employee job performance: implications to education office

Abstract


Performance of education office organizations is influenced by the behavior of its employees. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, leadership style, personality, and organizational justice on the job performance of the employee education office in Jakarta.  Research samples were 221 employees of the Jakarta Education Office. Data collection using questioner with The Likert scale, data tested first before use for research that is with validity and reliability test. Data analysis uses a path analysis of which requirements are the test of normality, homogeneity, and linearity. The results of the research there were direct influence of leadership style on organizational justice; Organizational culture on organizational justice; Personality on organizational justice; Leadership style on job performance; Organizational culture on job performance; Personality on job performance, then organizational justice on job performance, and personality through organizational justice on job performance. So it is concluded that The Level of job performance was influenced by variations in leadership style, organizational culture, personality, and organizational justice, of which got priority attention by Jakarta Local Government is leardership style the manager, and personality employees toiIncrese job performance Education Office employees
