The TAWOCK Framework: A Professional Innovation Teaching and Learning on Vocational Education

Now a day, the integration of technology in learning is a need that must be met. Professional teachers must have competence in technological knowledge based on the demands of 21st-century learning. TPACK as a model of teaching and learning innovation in education in general. The purpose of this study is to analyse teaching and professional learning and innovative learning approach models in vocational education developed from the TPACK model. The study of qualitative methods in the form of document analysis related to learning in TVET was identified to see the suitability of the model and to revisit the philosophy of the implementation of vocational education. The main findings are discussed from various perspectives on vocational education including content, learning approaches, technology, and employment. The results of the analysis recommend that new findings from the "TAWOCK" model be considered appropriate in vocational learning. This study found characteristics in vocational education, namely the TAWOCK learning model developed from the TPACK model.
