Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengontrolan terhadap sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
